Born in 2007, I am currently 17-year-old student from Victoria, Australia. I was born and raised in Melbourne, however, both my parents are Chinese so I am a proud first generation Chinese Australian.

I am a current Year 12 student/senior at Melbourne Girls Grammar. I am in the class of 2025 graduating in December.

I am a HUGE music nerd - I play the piano, the French horn and the trumpet, and I sing a bit too. Music is my biggest joy in life and I love performing and sharing melodies with others. You can find some of my past performances on the ‘music’ section of this website!

I also love to write about anything and everything! Whether it’s short stories, opinion pieces or research papers, I love just sitting down after a long day and ‘brain-dumping’ onto a google doc! You can read some of my recent work on the ‘blog’ section.

Recently, I’ve discovered that I have a deep passion for studying languages! I study Chinese, French and English (ofc) and idk, everything just clicks for me. I also enjoy exploring different cultures and connecting with others who speak these languages.

Although I am a teenager approaching her final year in high school, I am still not entirely certain on what career path I would like to take in the future. However, I have a great interest in languages, particularly French, and would love to study that at a university in the US. I also love music and have my sight set on continuing to play my instrument wherever my life takes me! I have also considered a medical pathway where I specialise in paediatrics.

My younger brother Oscar is 2 years younger than me and has his birthday exactly 2 days before mine! Every year, we celebrate our birthdays together on the day in between our respective birthdays!
